The NEW DIMENSION websites, www.newdimension.hr and www.newdimensionpro.com, are the property of NEW DIMENSION LTD . Terms and conditions apply to users of the websites. The user of the websites (hereinafter: the user or customer) can be any person who has full legal capacity to make a purchase on the websites and who accepts the terms and conditions of using the NEW DIMENSION websites. The customer indicates acceptance of the general conditions the making a purchase on either of the NEW DIMENSION websites. NEW DIMENSION is in no way liable for any damages arising from or related to the use or access of the NEW DIMENSION websites or the contents of those websites.. The user has the right to purchase products on the site www.newdimension.hr and www.newdimensionpro.com for use in good faith and intention only.
NEW DIMENSION reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions and use of these sites at any time. The changes take effect at the time of publication. It is believed that with the accession of pages a user is familiar with the current rules and conditions of use thereof and upon confirmation of purchase and user confirmes this. NEW DIMENSION strives to keep product information accurate and up to date, however there is the potential for unintentional errors in the published information. NEW DIMENSION assumes no responsibility or guilt for any damages due to errors or omissions in the content on the websites, nor for the accuracy of the published information, and is not responsible for periodically non-functioning pages or their parts.
The user can buy products from the NEW DIMENSION offers displayed on the websites www.newdimension.hr and www.newdimensionpro.com. The sales contract between the user and NEW DIMENSION becomes valid upon the receipt of ordered products and is valid only for the Croatian Republic and countries that are part of the European Union (EU). NEW DIMENSION will attempt to fulfill paid orders for merchandise that appear as in-stock at the time of purchase. In the case that a purchased item is no longer available or for some reason cannot be delivered, NEW DIMENSION will contact the user and arrange either a new deadline for delivery, a replacement product, or will cancel the part of the order for the unavailable merchandise. All other available products that are part of the original order will be supplied. In cases where the delivery of the purchased products is impossible, NEW DIMENSION will make a refund for the undeliverable portion of the original order.
All prices for the Republic of Croatia are in Croatian Kuna and are expressed without VAT. Prices for the rest of the EU are in Euros and are expressed without VAT. Product prices are specified on the websites and any sale prices are valid only for either a) the duration of the sale, or b) for as long as the sale item remains in stock..The product prices do not include shipping costs, which will be specified when ordering items.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected and guaranteed to be in good condition before shipment. If the user receives an order where items have been damaged in transit, the user shall immediately report this to NEW DIMENSION via phone or e-mail (see contact information below). The user must include his name, address, telephone number, fax number or email address and original order number.
If for any reason the user is not satisfied with the merchandise, the user may request a replacement or refund of the purchase price for the product in question within 14 days of receipt. To receive the replacement or refund, the user must return the original undamaged and unused item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation supplied in the original shipment.
The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract begins to run from:
– conclusion of the contract or pre-contract
– the day when the consumer received a copy of the contract or the preliminary contract, if the reception followed the conclusion of the contract or pre-contract.
It is believed that the contract was terminated at the time if the consumer sent notice of termination to the seller before the deadline for unilateral termination.

Confirmation of receipt of notification of the unilateral termination of the contract Seller shall furnish to Buyer, without delay, by electronic mail. All users the cost of returning of the goods shall be borne by themselves.
Once the customer requests a refund he will be contacted by the staff of the Seller.
To accept the return, return goods must be unworn, undamaged, must not be washed, should not be dirty, must not be traces of makeup, perfume and similar. Goods must be in original packaging with all labels affixed.
The consumer is responsible for any impairment of goods as a result of handling goods, other than that it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The trader is not obliged to refund the additional costs resulting from the consumer’s explicit selection modes of transport and payment that is different from the cheapest kind of standard transportation that is offered by trader.
Cost of deliver of the product to NEW DIMENSION is on the buyer.
If with the review of the product is found that returned goods are in proper condition, it will return the full amount paid by you to the current account or credit card, or in the same way that the Buyer has paid for not later than 14 days from receipt of the decision on unilateral termination of the contract.
Refunds may be made only after the goods are returned. It is believed that the customer has fulfilled his obligation on time if before the expiration of the aforementioned period he sends or hand over the goods to the Seller or the person Seller authorized to receive goods. Buyer must provide evidence of the same via e-mail (send confirmation of the return of goods).

The buyer is obliged to return the goods within two working days of approval of the application.
The user may choose between HP EXPRESS and OVERSEAS EXPRESS for deliveries to Croatia and the EU territories.
Delivery times to Croatia are typically two working days if payment is received before 12pm, and three working days if delivery is to the Dubrovnik area. Deliveries to the rest of the EU is typically five to seven working days but will vary depending on distance and area. The user will be given a tracking number for each shipment for use with the chosen delivery service to obtain current delivery status.
Please note that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

On written complaints of the consumer addressed by post, e-mail or fax we respond within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
If the Buyer during review of the goods sees that there are no visible defects and doesn’t send a complaint within three daysit is considered he accepted the goods.
Seller reserves the right to change the General Conditions of sale. In case of accidental errors in price or description on the website Seller is not responsible for it and has the right to cancel the order.
To retail price of the product is added cost of the post, transport costs and delivery, VAT. If the customer is outside the EU he is obliged to bear the costs of customs. For all stated on the invoice, Customer agrees to pay these charges.
Buyer agrees with all the changes of contracts / General Terms and Conditions.
If there is any dispute, the parties will try to resolve any disputes out of court and if not possible – at the Commercial Court in Split, Croatia.
Ordered products are sent by courier service HP EXPRESS on Croatian territory and the rest of the EU. You can choose yourself what kind of delivery you want.
Time of delivery of ordered products is two working days of payment received (provided that the payment is recorded up to 12 hours), or three working days in the case of the Dubrovnik area.
In the area of the rest of the EU delivery time may vary, so that you could receive the in 5-7 days. You will have the number to track shipments and you will see at any time where your package is.
Workdays are not: Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL BREACH OF CONTRACT

The contract can be unilaterally terminated within 14 days without giving any reasons.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Agreement, you must inform us of your decision on the unilateral termination of the agreement before the deadline expiration and this unambiguous statement sent by post or e-mail, in which you specify your name, address, telephone number, fax number or email address, and you can use the included sample form for unilateral termination of the contract, which is located on the bottom of the page.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from when to you or a third party that you specify, but that is not the carrier, the goods in the contract are handed over in possession.
